TRUST IN TIMES OF TROUBLE

Bible Reading: Nahum 1
"The LORD is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him" Nahum 1:7

In the midst of calamity and trouble, the Lord promises to be our refuge and our help in time of need. There is safety in Him and if we will just have the faith to trust in Him, we will experience the supernatural protection of the Lord.

Many people fail to experience the care of the Lord because they fail to put their trust in Him. How can we know the caress of the Lord unless we place ourselves in His arms? How can we know His protection if we never come under His roof? We do not have to try and figure everything out on our own. The Lord has graciously extended His hand to help us and the offer is open at all times. All we have to do is surrender our life into His hands and receive the help that He has promised to us. Let us therefore lift our problems to the Lord and allow Him to handle our problems in ways that only He can. Trust in Him today.

"Father, I thank You for Your offer of protection and I entrust You with my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen."
