RENEW THEM IN OUR DAY

Bible Reading: Habakkuk 3
"LORD, I have heard of your fame; I stand in awe of your deeds, O LORD. Renew them in our day, in our time make them known; in wrath remember mercy." Habakkuk 3:2

Habakkuk lifts up a prayer to the Lord, praising Him for His greatness and asking Him in time of need to help them as He has graciously done so before.

Our God is a mighty God and we need to know just how mighty He truly is. We may have heard reports of things that He has done and we may understand that He is capable of all things, but our prayer should be that God would do great things in our lives today. God is not in the past, nor is He only about the future. God is present with us right now and as His children, we have the privilege of asking Him to do awesome things in our lives today. We are able to come to Him in prayer and request for Him to work miracles in our lives and bring about the impossible. Let us lift our prayers to the Lord and ask Him to do wonders in our lives just as He has done in the past.

"Father, I ask that You would renew them in our day. Work wonders in my life and meet me at my point of need. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen."
