REMEMBER THE LAW

Bible Reading: Malachi 4
"Remember the law of my servant Moses, the decrees and laws I gave him at Horeb for all Israel." Malachi 4:4

In the closing chapter of the Old Testament, the people are reminded to remember all that had been spoken to them. The many years of Scripture given to them were not obselete or irrelevant, but they were to be put into practise.

All the Scripture that has been given to us is a blessing that we must never take forgranted or belittle. Many other writings over time have been lost or discarded, but the Word of God is still very much alive and active. Even after thousands of years, the reality of God's Word has proven to be so true and powerful that it is still impacting lives today. How will we allow the Word of God to change our lives? Where will we allow it to take us? If we will remember and heed God's Word, we will see amazing things happen. If we will hold fast to the truths He has given us, we will be blessed beyond comprehension.

"Father, help me as I diligently hide Your Word in my heart. May I always remember Your Word and live it out each day in my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen."
